SCUBACRAFT

The Scubacraft is "perfect for those 007 moments." It is essentially a speedboat with a specially designed trimaran hull that makes it just as comfortable on the water as it is under. The Scubacraft can zip along above the water at speed of up to 50 miles per hour and can dive to a depth of about 100 feet, you'll need to bring your own SCUBA gear. Scubacraft powered by a high powered jet propulsion system that will easily tow a water-skier and inflatable water toys. The price starts at £100,000(about $164,000) depend on specification.

POWERMAT

I really need one of these! It comes in either a simple desktop form or a folding portable version, but in either case it is a mat that can charge up to 3 gadgets using magnetic induction. For the system to function all devices require a proprietary jacket or add-on, but it is a small requirement for the simplicity it brings.

The Portabello Estate

This $75 million estate in Corona del Mar, California was recently sold. The oceanfront estate is designed to resemble a nautilus shell, with a large open area at the center and chambers, including eight bedrooms, spanning outward. The home includes a two-story grotto with a pool, two spas, swim-up bar, tunnel slide, poolside lounge room and barbecue area. The entertainment level has a bowling alley, Art Deco theater, automotive museum, cafe and a gym. At approximately 2,000 square feet, the two-bedroom master suite alone is larger than some houses.
